A Purposeful Pathway for High-Potential Young Players
The NCSP Development Academy is an advanced development program for young players who demonstrate the potential, enthusiasm, and readiness to progress beyond their current age-group environment.
Designed to complement NCSP’s existing youth programs—including Lil’ Kickers, Skills Institute, NCPL, and SORO—the Development Academy provides a clear pathway for players who are progressing through developmental milestones faster than their peers and would benefit from a more focused, challenging environment.
Players are organized by birth-year groups rather than broad age ranges. This allows our coaches to deliver developmentally appropriate training while closely supporting each child’s individual progress.
Program Description:
- Birth years 2024/25 + 2023/24
- $30/Session ($360/12 weeks)
- Birth years 2022/23 + 2021/22
- $32/Session ($384/12 weeks)
- Skill Mastery: High-repetition, small- group drills for ball control, passing, receiving, and finishing.
- Game Intelligence: Small-sided play to build confidence and decision-making in a positive, creative environment.
- Player Progression: Ongoing feedback and structured evaluation leading directly into NCSP’s advanced programs.
