 Hello to all North County Soccer Park Players and Parents!As you know we have recently replaced the turf on the mini-field. It is a nice and much needed improvement. In the past, we required all players to play in flat-soled shoes but, with the new surface we now STRONGLY RECOMMEND that all players use rubber-molded soccer cleats. If you prefer to play in flat-solded shoes you may do so but cleates will be the better way to go. The new turf plays like grass so the players will get better traction during their game. Also, the new turf seems to be slippery when wet. Wearing cleats, when the turf is wet, is safer for the player. |

2010 WINTER LIL' KICKERS: ENROLL NOW!Registration will begin on Sunday, December 6 at 10 a.m. for the WINTER 2010 Session of Lil' Kickers, a non-competitive, introductory soccer and movement skills program for boys and girls ages 18 months to 9 years (Priority enrollment for current Lil' Kickers will take place on Saturday, December 5). Our current 2009 Winter session has hundreds of Lil' Kickers enrolled. Incredible! NCSP would like to say, "Thank You" for making San Diego Lil' Kickers one of the top instructional soccer programs in the entire United States. Come join in the fun, improve your child's soccer skills, boost your child's confidence, and foster a lifetime of love for the exciting sport of soccer! NCSP is very excited to introduce Lil' Sluggers Baseball, a non-competitive, introductory baseball and movement skills program for boys and girls ages 2 to 5 years. Lil' Sluggers is a curriculum-based child development program created to introduce children to the game of baseball. Lil' Sluggers teaches your child the proper way to throw, catch, hit and run bases in a fun, exciting, and positive environment. Age appropriate baseball-related activities are at the heart of each Mascots (2 year olds; parent/child), Minors (3 year olds; parent as needed), Majors (4 year olds), and Hall of Famers (5 year olds) Lil' Sluggers session!
